The Archbishop of Canterbury, Dr Rowan Williams, yesterday presided over the Lambeth Degree award ceremony in Lambeth Palace Chapel. On this occasion he has awarded six degrees.

The award, which is in the gift of the Archbishop, marks conspicuous service to the Church and the wider community.
