Anglican Church in Ghana reunites with Christian Council

[Ghana Web] The Anglican Church has rejoined the Christian Council of Ghana (CCG), after years of separation due to internal wrangling.

It has subsequently urged sister dioceses to bury their differences and work closely with the Council, Right Reverend Dr Daniel S.M. Torto, Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Accra, said on Saturday.

Bishop Torto made the announcement at the second session of the 21th Synod anchored on the theme: “So they strengthened their hands for the good work.”
