Canada, 6 December 06, 2011: As the 17th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP17) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change enters its second and final week in Durban, South Africa, the Primate of the Anglican Church of Canada, the Most Revd Fred Hiltz, has called on developed countries to shoulder responsibility for climate change mitigation and adaptation.
