The Ven Shihala Hampupembe, Archdeacon of Odibo, has been elected as the new Bishop of the Diocese of Namibia, Church of the Province of Southern Africa. He will succeed Bishop James Kauluma who is to retire.

The Revd Dr J W Gladstone, has been consecrated Bishop of South Kerala Diocese, in the Church of South India.

The Revd Canon John Mwela, has been elected Bishop of the Diocese of South West Tanganyika, Church of the Province of Tanzania.

The Rt Revd Matthew Chung, Bishop of Seoul, has been elected Primate of the Anglican Church of Korea. He succeeds the Most Revd Bundo Kim who has retired.

The Very Revd Dr Richard Henderson, Dean of Ross, Co. Cork, has been elected Bishop of Tuam, Killala & Achonry, Church of Ireland. He will succeed the Rt Revd John Neill who has become Bishop of Cashel.

The Rt Revd Philip Huggins, assistant Bishop in Perth, has been elected Bishop of Grafton, Anglican Church of Australia. He will succeed the Rt Revd Bruce Schultz, who is retiring.

The Revd Canon Chilton Knudsen, Canon for Pastoral Care of the Diocese of Chicago, has been elected as Bishop of Maine, ECUSA. She will succeed the Rt Revd Edward Chalfant, who has resigned.

The Revd Duncan Wallace, has been elected Bishop of the Diocese of Qu'Appelle, Church of Canada.
