THE REVD PAUL VICTOR MARSHALL, Assistant Professor of Worship and Pastoral Theology at Berkeley Divinity School has been elected Bishop of Bethlehem, ECUSA. He will succeed the Rt Revd Mark Dyer who is going to Virginia Theological Seminary.
