Primates support ecumenical moves over Easter

Today the Primates agreed how they would walk together in the grace and love of Christ. This agreement acknowledges the significant distance that remains but confirms their unanimous commitment to walk together. The general secretary of the World Council of Churches, the Revd Dr Olav Fykse Tveit, has sent a message to the Anglican Primates meeting this week in Canterbury, offering them his “warm greetings” and assuring them of his “heartfelt prayers”.
